2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for Products that meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased within the last 14 days: Returns are permitted only for Products received by the Buyer on or after the purchase date and must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by our shipping records).
  • Unused and in resalable condition:
    • Functionally intact with no hardware defects (e.g., no dead pixels, artifacts, or performance issues).
    • Free of physical damage (e.g., scratches, dents, bent PCIe slots, or liquid damage).
    • In its original packaging (including all accessories: power cables, brackets, manuals, etc.).
    • Sealed in its original anti-static bag (if applicable) with no signs of tampering.
  • Not activated/registered: For Products requiring software activation, registration, or license keys (e.g., certain OEM GPUs), returns are not permitted if the Product has been activated, registered, or linked to a third-party account (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce Experience, AMD Adrenalin).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following Products are non-returnable, regardless of condition:

  • Opened or used products beyond initial inspection (e.g., installed in a system, tested beyond basic power-on).
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to buyer negligence (e.g., improper handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or voltage spikes).
  • Digital downloads, software licenses, or services (e.g., extended warranties).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the Product: Pack the Product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective materials). Include all accessories and paperwork. Do not include any personal items.
